Home seekers had a new way to find the house of their dreams this fall when Home Builders & Remodelers Association of New Hampshire hosted the first ever New Hampshire Parade of Homes. For two weekends, Oct. 6-8 and 13-14, fabulous new homes, spec homes, custom homes and models opened their doors to the public. The parade included homes with prices ranging from $200,000 to just under $3 million, and featured properties across the state, from the Seacoast to the North Country, from the Lakes to the Monadnock Region, and browsers didn’t walk away empty handed. Out of the thirty-one homes featured, seven were sold through the first New Hampshire Parade of Homes.
